这道题给出的正确答案是B，是不是目的状语的否定式只能用in order not to或者so as not to两种形式，而不能用not to? 再有上面的否定形式表达的是为了不..... 但如果要否定整个目的，即要表达不是为了...... 如以下两句用不定式的形式怎么翻译：
1. 我送礼不是为讨好别人。
2. 我买车不是为了方便上班。

仅就这个题目来说，选项 B 无疑是最佳答案。但这位朋友的问题是：不定式的否定式能否用作目的状语。个人的看法是，直接用不定式的否定式表目的的例子的确并不多见，但是不是就意味着这样用是错的呢？我们没有查到权威的辞书依据，但是事实上这样的用法还是存在的。如以下两句中的不定式否定式均表目的：

如果要用 in order to do sth 的否定式来表示“不是为了……”，则要用 not in order to do sth（注意not的位置）。如：
